It was interesting to see how different participants from different backgrounds could be clustered together based on their opinions about one theme while participants from similar backgrounds did not fall into the same cluster at all.

What steps will you take to invite a collaborator to this newly created channel?"

Overall all the participants felt comfortable performing the tasks to completion. The time on task was also low for all tasks. Although, users who might not be familiar with the platform's terms/features (such as circles /collaborators /channels etc) might require a bit more time to get comfortable.
